Pair Profile
The Pair Profile Report assists two people to better understand each other and develop how they interact with each other. It provides an overview of the two behavioural styles and demonstrates how similar or different they are. It shows where each person falls within the DISC Behavioural Chart.
With the Pair Profile Report you can easily see the similar and different behavioural styles of the pair, quickly identify the overall behavioural strengths and weaknesses of the pair and develop strategies for where gaps appear and/or where communication challenges exist.
The report also clearly demonstrates where the pair perceives it needs to focus energy on adjusting behavioural style i.e. the job pressure being applied because of the environment.
